MENTORING
"The most powerful thing about being a mentor is accepting to be more butterfly and less caterpillar, this means spreading wings, developing skill, discovering opportunities, growing wings when you learn from others, flying through uncertainty, reflecting on things, giving time to internalize changes, generating skills."

A mentor isn't the one who strides ahead, displaying their journey as a roadmap for you to follow. Instead, a mentor walks right alongside, revealing not what they've done, but what you can achieve."

"Through a mentor, you discover the hope residing within you."
At the core of Mothers' Legacy Foundation lies a resolute commitment: nurturing a generation of young women to be positive change-makers in their communities.
We've got our Caterpillars, those spirited high schoolers, just starting their journey towards developing character and values. As they mature, they undergo a metamorphosis, becoming our Butterflies, young adults under the age of 30, with vibrant, colorful wings ready to mold their own destiny like skilled potters.
In this beautiful transformation, they find the power within to make a real impact.
